My dearest dearest fans, life feels lighter and more meaningful when we move through it together in such a symbiotic way. Thank you for giving me a reason to keep sharing my music. Without you, I wouldn’t have this career or the life I live today. I owe so much of this journey to you. Thank you for listening, growing, and staying with me through the years. I hope this album will carry you through another time of your life. And the next one, and the next one until we’re all old and grey! :)

Since my last album, life has thrown unimaginable challenges at me. But through them, I found a deeper meaning in life. I learned to love harder, even in the face of hate. I learned to embrace my inner child and the inner children in others, to be gentler with ourselves, and to trust that everything will be okay. I’ve learned that compassion—for humans, animals, and all living beings—leads to the most meaningful, peaceful, and joyful life.

So that’s what I want to leave you with today: hope, courage, and love. This latest album springs from that, and I hope you can feel it. Whoever is reading this and whatever you’re going through, know that I’m right here with you—sending you and your loved ones health, happiness, and a “glowing sun” from my heart to yours. I hope my music is able to give you some small bit of comfort, like it did for me.
